This two bedroom home was beautiful as it is with its terrazzo floor and wooden windows. All it asked for was to take off the improvements by previous owners. A balcony was reclaimed from what was an extended living earlier. Baths have been handcrafted with terrazzo and marble patterns, a technique our team toyed with in earlier projects and improvised. Large windows which allow view to the garden in the balcony and also the surrounding greenery, a rarity in the real estate industry.
