The project involves interior designing and consultancy services for their new office place, at Malad (Area - 1200 Sft). The project Cost was about Rs. 20 lacs.

 

2007– Ongoing                      Office Interiors, Navi Mumbai.

                                    Client: Maestros Mediline System Ltd.

The project involves providing interior and consultancy services. The work involves designing façade up-gradation of the existing building also. (Area - 7200 Sft).

The project Cost is about Rs. 100 lacs.

 

2007 – Ongoing         R & D Center at Ambernath for Pharmaceutical Company

                                   Client: Rubicon Research Pvt. Ltd.

The project is a factory building comprising of formulation lab, analytical lab, QC lab, various stores and ware house. He is working on this project as an associate architect to main architect Uday Mandrekar Architect & Interior Designer. (Area – 80,000 Sft)

                                   The project Cost is about Rs. 1800 lacs

 

2007 – Ongoing         Factory Building at Ambernath for Chemical Company

                                   Client: Fine Organic Industries (India) Pvt. Ltd.

The project is a factory building comprising of various tank farms, machine areas, stores and ware house. He is working on this project as an associate architect to main architect Uday Mandrekar Architect & Interior Designer. (Area – 70,000 Sft)

                                    The project Cost is about Rs. 1500 lacs

                                   Client: Canara Bank

The project involves interior designing and consultancy services for their new office place, at Cuffe Parade Branch (Area - 2200 Sft). The project is executed along with Edifice Architect Pvt. Ltd.

The project Cost was about Rs. 15 lacs.

                   Worked for 4 years with Edifice Architects Pvt. Ltd., a renowned Architectural & Interior based                 firm in Mumbai and is also an ISO 9001-2000 Certified Company. During this period he                            worked on many projects in both fields - Architecture and Interiors. 

Joined Edifice as a designer architect in presentation team and had moved over to a position of Group Leader.

 

As a Group Leader’s role; it involves the monitoring of the designer’s output and activities, and taking responsibility for all the work generated by the group. The group head will take on important projects personally, and act as the designer for such projects.

 

a.       Vetting of all designs and details generated by the group.

b.       Checking of drawing quality.

c.       Assigning activities to group.

d.       Monitoring of progress of drawing work.

e.       Short-listing of Vendors.

f.        Coordinating with various vendors and consultants

g.       Attend negotiations, and recommend placement of orders.

The above projects are a few amongst many, on which he as worked on. These and other projects             were majorly software development centers, and being executed under stringent time and cost control    norms. As a project Leader, he was responsible for generating designs as per clients requirement, assigning activities to group members, short listing vendors, coordinating with consultants, preparing various tenders, negotiating with various vendors during tenders. As a Project Auditor, he was responsible for monitoring of reportage and documentation for the projects. Getting updates on progress of work from site and updating the monitoring the Project Delivery schedule. Keeping track of individual deliverables of the team members and submitting of   quality and progress reports to the client.

 

 

Office Interiors – PCS (7500 sft), Metlife (10,000 Sft. For 10 nos. branches)

 

These were expansion projects of repeat clients for Edifice. As a project Leader, he was responsible for generating designs & drawings as per clients requirement, assigning activities to group members, short listing vendors, coordinating with consultants, preparing various tenders, negotiating with various vendors during tenders.  As for Metlife project 10 Nos. branches were going on at the same time at various corners of India a strategic planning along with the team members, consultants and contractors to plan timely execution, effected in smooth functioning and handover of the project without a single unplanned down time loss to the clients.

 

Architectural Projects – Town Hall, Pune (55000 sft), Vishnu Webtech, Kolkata (48,000 Sft.)

 

The Town Hall for Lavasa Corporation at Lake City, at Dasave, Pune was an administrative building that is planned by Internationally Renowned Architectural firm H.O.K Group and locally developed by Edifice Architect. As a project leader he was responsible for understanding the design concept of main architect HOK and then developing the design further to suit the structure to local condition. The other project- Office building for Vishnu Webtech Ltd. was an office building designed to suit IT Industry. It was amongst first few office buildings in salt lake area in Kolkata.

 

1999-2000 Shrikant Lele and Associates, Mumbai.

 

As a junior architect, he worked on few architectural projects including bungalows and factories. Lipton India Pvt. Ltd., Pune (65,000 Sft), Thermax Chemical Pvt. Ltd., Khopoli (20,000 Sft), Shah & Bector Comp. (25,000 Sft) are amongst few of them.
